NEW PROPERTY TYPES
Property Submissions: The online "Project Submission Form" is HERE. Check out our NEW categories below. Projects must either be under construction (slab poured) by November 2026 or completed between November 2025 and November 2026. The committee reserves the right to accept projects. The deadline for project submission is Friday, July 10, 2026.
- Property Types: Office | Industrial | Retail | Mixed Use | Multifamily | Special Use: Mixed Use must have office, industrial or retail. Special Use examples: apartments, hospital, hotel, campus, etc.
- Spec Development Projects: Developer must be a current CREDA Southern Nevada member.
- Build-to-Suit Projects: Contractor must be a current CREDA Southern Nevada member.
- Criteria: The Committee reserves the right to exclude projects that do not meet the criteria.
This is an outstanding opportunity to showcase your project, increase visibility, and connect with Southern Nevada’s commercial real estate leaders and decision makers.
Our "Deep Dive" theme this year, will take attendees on an immersive journey through four sponsored, ocean-themed zones. Tours begin with a flyover video highlighting the latest commercial real estate properties throughout Southern Nevada.
Attendees will gain valuable market insights and hear firsthand commentary on featured properties from our expert broker tour guides and municipalities. Interactive Q&A sessions will follow and attendees will travel to the next zone.
An expansive exhibitor hall is open before and after the tours, along with a closing reception with exceptional networking opportunities and exciting raffle prizes.
